My job is to help teams find harmony. I work at the intersection of leadership, learning, and the shifting realities of modern work.
Organizations don't stall because their people lack talent. They stall because the moment has changed and the way people lead hasn't caught up. I design and facilitate leadership experiences that help managers and senior contributors reflect on who they are under pressure.
